If it is difficult to pee then ask your doctor for medication to help. One medication was really good, an alternative one I was given made me very constipated.

Five months after last Radiotherapy Treatment I still feel very tired during the day which effects my daily life. I'm told this is common and will improve with time.

The Radiotherapy was time consuming, twenty sessions, but professionally carried and I met many men going through the same experience
