Vacuum pump increases blood flow, helps things return to normal. Took 12 months in my case

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Took a while to get continence back (8 months) and erections (12 months). Life is now pretty much as before. Have urgency if I hold my pee too long. Sometimes loose erection. Other than that all as was.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

All treatments have a risk of side effects. Other than urgency if I hold my pee too long and sometimes loosing an erection I don't think I would have fared any better with other treatments.
