Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

It is age dependent. At 74 my wife and I don't have the same urge as before. Sex is not the most important aspect of our relationship in later life.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

After the protastectomy operation I was tired for one month. After that, there was no effect.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
