Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment
My situation was compounded as my wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer around the same time in 2016. She passed away Nov 2018. Inn2021 I met a new lady in my life. Sex was almost impossible at first as I could not get an erection. Medical assistance helped eventually. I am now on 20mg Tiadifil. Nothing else really worked. I still have problems retaining an erection and cannot pass any fluid at climax

Loss of erection for three years. No sex three years due to no partner no interest. New lady in my life has revitalised my sex life but I need medication as previously mentioned
