Radiotherapy was not a problem. ADT has caused problems with tiredness, loss of strength and inability to have sex.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

I read that the length of the ADT for 2 years with the significant side effects and risk of only partial recovery of testosterone, is now considered to be too long.
