Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

A lot was discussed about nerve saving but nothing about penile blood supply which is why I’ve got ED

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I’ve gotten used to the new me in terms of peeing but my ED is a bit depressing. That’s still to be tackled as I’ve got plenty of feeling but the penile blood supply is severely curtailed. Confusingly whilst I’m sitting on the loo I almost every time gain so much more substance with my penis. The first medication didn’t work at all and a different medication only has a very partial effect. The medics are talking about Revascularisation.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

I had very little choice in the matter . I wasn’t a candidate for any other treatment apart from RARP. With the.nerve saving I had hoped to lead a nearly normal life. Blood supply was never discussed.
