Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Complete loss of interest in sex which took time to recover. Residual problems with urinary frequency and retention

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Most friends with PCa have gone for surgery, but several have had problems since, ranging from sexual problems or requiring a permanent catheter up to failure to remove all the cancer and subsequent recurrence.
