Speak to the Man Clinic early, they understand the issues and are there to help.

Tips and advice for any physical side effects of treatment

Weight increase is mainly due to reduced exercise attributed by fatigue/exhaustion. You have to drive yourself hard.

Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

I do find that I am more emotional and can cry for the simplest thing.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Mostly the impact on my sex life and having to work around to find a suitable solution. But for me, this is a small price to pay for the successful removal of the cancer.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

I knew what impact there could be from the treatment and was not surprised with the outcome. I was driven to have the cancer removed.
