How this treatment impacted my life the most

The radical prostectomy had a huge effect on my sex life which after trying various methods I was able to get an erection although not really as before the operation.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

It turned out 5 years later that the cancer had not all been removed and the shock was worse than the first diagnosis and the chemo therapy was no fun.

Get radiotherapy on your breasts before you start the hormone injections or it's too late.

The man boobs made me very self conscious and frustrated that I was not offered radiotherapy before the hormone injections started
