Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

Medication might help but don't expect miracles. Prepare yourself mentally for major change.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Grateful that the cancer was not malignant. Sad that my bodily functions no longer work. You might think that someone in his 70's finds sex unimportant but the consequences of the prostate removal makes you feel less of a man.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because the proststate has to come out. No choice and I can now pee normally again, ie without having to go every hour.
