How this treatment impacted my life the most

The time off work and not being able to exercise. However, each day I could do a little more and made progress

About six weeks after the operation I had sepsis and was in hospital onto occasions. Both times are made a full recovery. I would say the biggest impact has been on my willingness to talk to anyone who will listen about my experience

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

my biopsy suggested the cancer was one side only but turned out to be on both. Literally not sitting on my Prostate was the right thing to do. At the same time my two brothers had their Prostates removed, and their’s were close to breaking through the membrane

I was told I had all options open to me at the point of diagnosis. However, I didn’t want to be literally sitting on a potential medical time bomb and indeed when the prostate was removed to find out a score is seven confirmed my decision to control what I could.
