How this treatment impacted my life the most

Worry of treatment not being successful.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Minimum disruption and much less invasive treatment compared to other options available at the time I.e, to activities such as running my business during treatment and minimum period of time in being able to resume general social activities as it was a one off treatment once done with no hospital visits other than routine consultations monitoring general progress I,e. PSA checks etc.
