Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

Set up a penis support plan. An American Urologist I searched advocates this concept. I have adopted and personalized this. Talk with him. Tell him its ok. Realise it's temporary. Increase blood flow. Consider a penis pump. Use hot running water to stimulate. Stimulate with your fingers and massage. Buy a vibrator. Spend time keeping the penis/organ alive. Massage, stretch, stimulate and love.

Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

Just see it as temporary. Focus on who you are. What you believe in, your values, what you've achieved..Accept your emotions and see it as a journey. Life can be better than it is now. Now is better than leaving things. Love yourself and love others. Have a focus.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

The basic fundamental change in my masculinity. Release of sperm. Lack of erections and practically no feeling in my penis and the leaking

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

Life is better than death. How long until death though? Current situation is quite difficult. However the future probably looks brighter 80%
