How this treatment impacted my life the most

The impact apart from sexually has been minimal. Have to be careful not to be too far from toilets, particularly if not had a bowel movement earlier. Also needing to urinate can be quite urgent at times. So a bit of extra awareness is necessary.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

The treatment has not been particularly invasive, my present condition would have been getting much worse and would have shortened my life if left unattended.
