live your life normally. what you were ding before, continue doing it. because sitting at home and thinking about it won't help your mental health. diet: eat healthy, fruits and veg. fish no red meat, reduce chicken. lower carb intake. green juices with kale. stay focused on your recovery. do your sports, training.

carry a lot of towels and change of clothes with you because its uncomfortable. check the weather before you leave to make sure you know how to dress

carry on. force yourself to do things because it will eat you up and make is worse

How this treatment impacted my life the most

sexually. I couldn't have sexual intercourse. the hot sweats were difficult to deal with because I always had to make sure that I had a change a clothes and was always sweating

The sweat was unbearable. Had to take off all my clothes. I was seating a lot. its horrible

don't let it stop you from living your life. adapt. but keep doing what you normally do.

Yes

because it was the best option for me as I did not want to get a prostatectomy. surgery was not an option
