Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

I went into the treatment fully aware of the possible side effects. At my age the problems of keeping an erection were not greatly important to me. Reduction in the size of my penis causes a bit of embarrassment getting changed at the gym.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

It didn't really impact on my life at all. One positive was a great reduction in the number of times I had to pee - especially at night.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Impact on my life was minimal and, rightly or wrongly, the feeling that as the offending article had been removed quickly there was less chance of a return of the cancer than would be the case with other treatments.
