Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

I would say that at a mature age, one's state of general health is more important than sexual performance. At least I am still alive and enjoying life as much as possible. If I was younger and wanted to have children, then this is not the option I would choose.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

The greatest impact on my life is my sexual performance. Sexual urges are not as they were before the surgery.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
