Hormone Therapy (injections)

How this treatment impacted my life the most

waves of muscle weakness and general fatigue get in the way of pursuing an active life appropriate to my age

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

The treatment (Triporelin) is very effective in holding down the PSA level to well below 1.0, which is of course very welcome indeed but I wonder if reducing dosage could reduce the fatigue factor while still holding down the PSA reading. I had an 18 month break during which I began to feel better in all aspects but then PSA started to rise. Everyone seems to be sympathetic and the condition is widely recognised but no one has yet come up with a solution. I would question alternatives.
