Have an understanding relationship with wife/partner. I have that relationship and we are happy!

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Lack of erection does make me feel neutered, the relief of cancer having been been removed in a sympathetic and gentle(although drastic) does counter this. There are occasions however when I regret having had the cancer.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
