Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

The emotional side effects came as a surprise. I became weepy for no reason but once I understood what was happening and my body adjusted then it was no problem at all.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

The most disruptive aspects are: Total loss of libido Severe hot flushes, especially at night. Severe fatigue. Problems with cognition, especially memory.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

My PSA at diagnosis in December 2020 was 4982. At present it is 0.1 The side effects are less brutal than chemotherapy.
