Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Having to wear (very thin) incontinence pads and occasional leaking of pee when doing physical work ( or especially if been on the beers at night :) )

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Not sure there are any better treatments as didn't like either radiotherapy or nuclear implants - may have been a different answer if I was younger

Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Bit of loss of control of bladder when active - very slight and using the lightest of pant pads

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

Overall reckon I would choose the procedure again as compared to the other options (certainly not watch and see) but have not researched what has changed over last 6 years so might be better options
