How this treatment impacted my life the most

I My PSA was left at 29 for over a year as it was put down to 3 bladder infections in a row, prostate exam was said to be clear. Eventually I had a biopsy and it was found I had a Gleason score of 7 with locally advanced prostate cancer which had spread to my pelvic lymph nodes. I had a bone scan but thankfully it hadn’t spread that far, anyway my Oncologist put the wheels back on with 20 fractions of Radiotherapy, 6 monthly hormone injections and hormone tablets every day, my PSA is <0.1 at the moment. I just hope it stays the same when the hormones are withdrawn in a years time. I am quite emotional after my treatment and have lost any sexual drive as well as being extremely tired most of the time, it is 12 months on and hopefully things will improve

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes
