How this treatment impacted my life the most

I wasn't able to ride a bicycle for 6 months due to spaceOAR gel that I wasn't told about before treatment. Cycling is my mental wellbeing escape exercise. It affected me badly but I took up walking which helped a little. I decided to begin cycling after 5 months as I just couldn't bear it.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
