Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I wear a pad still after 6 months and no sign of an erection.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

Because the surgeon found a nodule full of cancer that hadn’t been picked up by the scans. Because of its position, he was unable to remove any surrounding tissue, hence leaving me with positive margins. Had the nodule been picked up on the scans, I may have opted for RT. Now, if my PSA continues to rise, I may be faced with having salvage RT anyway.
