Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

Accept that these issues are far better than not having the treatment. The outcome might be extremely bad/terminal.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

it gave me a new approach to my place in the world. I am pleased that I went through treatment with great succes and have gained confidence.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

The operation was sophisticated and achieved 100% success. Others who chose an alternative are suffering to varying degrees. My cancer was discivered at a very early stage and there had been no migration. I was so thrillied with the outcome that I organised a fundraising concert with my rock and blues group to create a fund for paying for a student to learn how to use the Da Vinci Robot!
