Initial continence issues, I did not want to go out in case I leaked, felt embarrassed.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

I had two options radical prostatectomy or radio therapy, and had a week to decide which option, with very little information available eventually after several changes of mind opted for surgery. Glad I did as my experience was no where as bad as items I read posted on site by others who had undergone surgery.
