Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

The loss of sexuality is an abiding burden.

Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

Don't blame your prostrate treatment for everything! Depression and anxiety were long standing issues that were worsened. Because the treatment has worked this long, I've lived long enough to acquire my memory problems!

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Of the dozen fellow sufferers I knew at the time, only six of us survived the first year.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Since the operation I have had 20 years of fulfilling life, gaining an MA with distinction in my treatment year and a doctorate since; serving 20 years on church business at local, regional and national level. And most important of all rejoiced in a score of grand-children and great grand-children and amazingly a much enhanced, more loving, closer relationship with my wife of 56 years!
