How this treatment impacted my life the most

It's only been 3 months so it's early days for me. The urinary incontinence has taken me until this point to become not so much of a problem for normal day to day life. I still cannot go running or use an exercise bike though and have gained a lot of weight since the surgery. I still wear a pad in the day but am dry at night. I also still suffer from stress incontinence and have not been able to return to work as it involves heavy lifting. I don't know whether this will improve... I hope so.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because at that point it gave me the best chance of getting rid of the cancer without needing further treatment. Unfortunately according to the pathology report there are some margins involved which may or may not require further treatment. I see the consultant surgeon in 3 months to review my psa level and discuss. My psa was zero at 10 weeks post op so I remain positive.
