continue the exercise. pelvic floor. a matter of control and mind game. always be close to a toilet. as a person you need to know your drink/consume limit.

do what was recommended with the pump. do the exercise no matter what. you will see results and keep doing it don't stop the exercise. BE patient.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I couldn't work or socialise. The sexual relationships were affected. I was in a low state of mind. I should have checked more because my dad had prostate cancer.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because with the other form of treatment, they say it is cancerous and it won't be sure it will be gone. but I may have to go again and I wanted to get it over with
