I have been advised that "use it or lose it" when it comes to sex. Get a vacuum pump, and take the pills and keep trying.

After recovery from the operation my, abdomen got quite tight as it healed. I embarked on a series of exercises targeted at that area of my body to improve my freedom of movement and core strength.

Get help from Prostate Cancer support and or your GP for help with depression.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Complete lose of libido. Erectile dysfunction not helped much by medication etc. Resulting in little to no interest in sex.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

The cancer is gone. A year post operation my quality of life has returned to near normal.
