Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Passing urine - I developed a narrowing of the urethra where there is scar tissue resulting in difficulty passing urine. I had minor surgery to widen the urethra and now self-catheterise (CISC) twice weekly. The catheterisation process is somewhat uncomfortable but not painful and is carried out in about 30 seconds.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure
