Find others in similar situation to share your feelings with. Difficult to handle on your own and can feel as if you are the only couple experiencing difficulties.

Difficult to separate the treatment and the diagnosis at times.
Supporting someone who has lost their confidence can be challenging at times. Also providing ongoing emotional support when they are only looking to you to provide this .

Thinking about your own wellbeing, what has helped you to cope, and where have you gone to find support? What tips and advice would you give to others?

Close friends and family have been helpful. The charity Prostate Cancer Uk gave some good advice. Still looking for ways to improve the quality of our experience which is difficult if only one of you admits to needing this.
