Lack of confidence in the future, concern of upcoming PSA tests and the occasional thoughts that the cancer will return. Loss of masculinity.

Why did I give this answer?

With locally advanced cancer when the disease was outside the Prostate I felt I had little or no choice. I was also advised by a specialist that I needed radical surgery.
