Yes

Why did I give this answer?

My cancer is 'castrate-resistant'. After the brachytherapy, a scan picked up spread to my lymph nodes. I was switched from bicalutamide to enzalutamide, which I've now been taking for almost 3 years. My PSA is at 0.05. The side effects are tiredness, growth of breasts, reduced penis size, diminution of sexual appetite, and sweats which are embarrassing during the day, and disturb my sleep. But, hey, I'm alive and still very active, so, yes, I'm a fan of enzalutamide. And given its cost, I'm v grateful to the NHS.
