How this treatment impacted my life the most

Quality of life has been impacted more than I would have hoped or expected, I would have done things differently with hindsight!

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

No

Why did I give this answer?

I was involved in a study programme and opted for active monitoring to track the progress of my cancer, this I feel was eventually detrimental to my long term welfare.
