Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

It can be some comfort that the loss of sexual function is offset by diminshed desire. In my case I live alone (I am a widower) and this is a help too, as another person is not involved.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

A general sense of diminished masculinity, but I am not sure that this was obvious to anybody else.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
