Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

Joined a support group and used MacMillan services

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I started my journey whilst the country was coming out of the Covid restrictions which meant the service was impacted. I felt the Initial diagnosis was the lowest point. Once I was receiving support / treatment and my understanding of the diagnosis and prognosis increased the experience got much better. My condition was only caught through sheer luck, don’t leave it to luck, know the symptoms and get checked.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

I was lucky in as much as I have had few side effects from the treatment.
